Refund policy

At Wild Woven Gypsy Co., every bag is handmade with care, intention, and artistry. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide clear photos so we can review your case. If eligible, we will offer a replacement or store credit.

Please note that slight variations in color, texture, and stitching are normal in handmade items and are not considered defects.

Exchange 

Because each bag is handcrafted in small batches, we do not offer traditional exchanges. Inventory is extremely limited and items may sell out quickly.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the item if available or offer store credit.
