At Wild Woven Gypsy Co., every bag is handmade with care, intention, and artistry. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide clear photos so we can review your case. If eligible, we will offer a replacement or store credit.

Please note that slight variations in color, texture, and stitching are normal in handmade items and are not considered defects.

We offer flat-rate shipping within the United States. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Free shipping promotions may apply during special events.

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly. We cannot replace or refund orders marked as delivered.
